Venir étudier dans le cadre d’une convention internationale

I - CANDIDATURE
Vous êtes inscrit dans une université partenaire avec le CELSA ou avec Sorbonne Université.
Votre candidature a été acceptée par votre université d’origine.
Vous pouvez procéder à votre inscription sur le site de la Faculté des Lettres de Sorbonne Université grâce aux liens suivants :

Pour les étudiants des Etats Unis, du Canada, de l'Australie, de la nouvelle Nouvelle-Zélande : suivez cette procédure

Pour les étudiants d'Afrique, d'Amérique Latine, d'Asie, d'Europe, du Moyen Orient : suivez cette procédure

Vous remettrez votre dossier complet au Service des Relations internationales de votre université qui le fera parvenir à Sorbonne Université et au CELSA
le 1er mai, au plus tard, pour la zone Afrique, Amérique latine, Asie, Europe, Moyen Orient
le 15 mai, au plus tard, pour la zone États-Unis, Canada, Australie, Nouvelle-Zélande
▪ Vous recevrez alors un mail d’acceptation de Sorbonne Université, puis du CELSA.


II - ARRIVÉE À PARIS
Documents à emporter avec vous :

• Original et photocopie de votre pièce d’identité
• Original et photocopie de la carte d’étudiant de votre université
• Original et photocopie de votre assurance maladie valide pendant toute la durée du séjour ou possibilité de vous inscrire à la sécurité sociale étudiante française (SMEREP ou LMDE)
• 2 photos d’identité

Vous obtiendrez votre carte d’étudiant au service des Relations Internationales de la Sorbonne, 1 rue Victor Cousin 75005 PARIS, escalier I, 1er étage, porte F 683, lundi, mercredi, vendredi de 9h à 12h, mardi et jeudi de 9h à 12h et de 14h à 16h. Vous devrez ensuite procéder à l’inscription pédagogique pour choisir officiellement les cours que vous souhaitez suivre.

• Consultez le site du CELSA, rubrique Formation initiale, pour connaître les programmes des différentes options de Licence ou Master proposées.
• L’inscription définitive se fera après rendez-vous avec le responsable de formation.

You are a foreign student and want to study at CELSA with an international agreement .
You may attend Bachelor 3 or Master 1 classes

• First, you must be nominated by your own university.
• You must have successfully completed your two first years of study.
• You must have the appropriate level of French (B 2) ; all classes and exams are in French.
• You must complete the application form provided by Sorbonne Université (click here).
• Once completed and signed, send your application pack

before the 1st may to :

• a letter of intent in French

• a recommendation letter from a teacher

• a photocopy of your passport

If accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter by e-mail.
